10 hours of Mentor Coaching is needed to receive your ICF credential at any level (ACC, PCC, or MCC). It’s a process that equips you for the application process (Coach Knowledge Assessment, Coaching Recordings, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics training and documentation) to gain your ICF credential.
