What It’s Like to Work With Tolu

Executive coaching with me is not about endless, ambiguous conversation; it is a deliberate partnership built on clarity and action. We can design this experience to fit your life and workflow, whether we meet in person, via virtual calls, or a hybrid of both.

Whether we embark on a 3-month or 6-month engagement, our time together is designed to unlock focus, foster personal freedom, and drive meaningful progress toward both your individual and organizational goals. Most importantly, we’ll customize the executive coaching experience to your needs.

The Rhythm of Our Engagement

We don’t just talk about change; we build the framework to execute it. Here is what you can consistently expect from our partnership:

  • Focused, Intentional Sessions: Our conversations usually last 45 to 60 minutes. They are high-leverage spaces where we strip away the noise and zero in on what truly matters.

  • Tangible Outcomes: You will always leave with clear, actionable next steps for reflection and execution. You decide these steps based on your focus areas, capacity, and willingness - though I will always gently stretch you to expand what you think is possible.

  • A Dual Focus: We seamlessly bridge the gap between the leader you are becoming and what you are building, aligning your personal evolution with organizational objectives.

The Result: You walk away from every session with a clearer mind, a lighter mental load, and a roadmap for the days ahead.

Two Questions Before You Begin

Before you take the leap into any coaching engagement, it is vital to be entirely honest with yourself. I invite you to consider two defining questions:

1. Am I truly willing to create the time to prioritize coaching?

Transformation requires space. This means protecting not just the 60 minutes we spend on a call, but the intentional time in between sessions to reflect, practice, and execute on your insights.

2. Is this a coach I respect enough to allow to stretch and celebrate me?

Growth happens at the intersection of comfort and challenge. To get where you want to go, you need a coach who will fiercely celebrate your wins, but who you also trust enough to expand your vision and spur you on toward what is truly important.

Ready to begin?

If the answer to both is a resounding yes, let’s get to work. If not, let’s hold off.
